with our low maintenance LED lighting solutions,
there has never been a better time to switch and start
saving money on your lighting.

Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are solid-state devices that convert electrical energy directly into light of a single colour. Using this technology, LED lighting was developed to give organisations the ability to easily upgrade from older traditional, high energy consumption fluorescent products.

The combination of excellent energy efficiency, significant increase in lifespan and positive environmental impact has proven to be a real catalyst for organisations in both the Public and Private sectors to re-evaluate their energy usage, associated costs and CO2 production.

Upgrading to LED can potentially save you up to 70% on your electricity costs, as well as playing a major role in the reduction of carbon emissions, plus drastically reducing your ongoing maintenance costs.

At EES Group we can provide a comprehensive range of architectural LED solutions for virtually any size or type of building. We offer internal and external options plus many specialist products that have been designed in conjunction with our Public and Private sector partners for specific usage in a wide range of facilities.

Typically, hospitals and healthcare facilities can be occupied up to 24 hours per day, thereby creating massive energy consumption and associated costs. The lighting provided in these areas should be bright, low maintenance, cost-effective and flicker-free, and most importantly, have a long life.

Safety is often the most overlooked advantage of implementing LED lighting. A major consideration when it comes to lighting, is the emission of heat. LEDs emit almost no forward heat, while traditional fluorescent bulbs convert up to 90% of their total energy, directly into heat.

Upgrading to LED can provide you with up to 70% saving on your electricity costs, as well as playing a major role in decarbonisation, plus drastically reducing your ongoing maintenance costs.

Local Authorities tend to have a varied and extensive estate, with different challenges depending on the specific usage of each building. Typically, the lighting can be used for long periods throughout the day and so it’s important to ensure that the lighting provided should be bright, low maintenance, cost-effective and flicker-free, and most importantly, have a long life.

Many schools, academies and universities have large campuses encompassing many different buildings with significant lighting demands, but only during certain hours. It’s important for education facilities to provide a good learning environment, and recent research has proven that LED lighting can improve students concentration and boost their performance. This is because traditional fluorescent bulbs are prone to flicker, potentially triggering migraine headaches.
