Health House

EESG were successful in a competitive tender to install a solar PV array at Health House an NHS Property Services building in Hull. The programme was a complete turnkey Solar PV installation with EESG operating as the principal contractor, operating to the clients detailed scope of works, and was designed, approved, and installed within 3 weeks as required by the client. The array consisted of 41 x 395W mono-crystalline solar PV modules. The projects systems size was 16.2kWp providing a yield of 15,910kWh per annum, this will result in annual electricity savings in year 1 of £3,023, a 20-year saving in excess of £60,000 and will save the lent 3.71 cubic tonnes of carbon per annum. The system will save enough carbon to the equivalent of planting 170 trees.
